Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa Rancho Mirage, Rancho Mirage

Our experience at the Omni Rancho Las Palmas was quite the mix. The kids had a blast at Splashtopia, especially with the lazy river and warm kids' pool. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with dirty pools and poorly maintained rooms dampening our enjoyment. The service was hit-or-miss, with some staff being attentive, while others seemed overwhelmed.
